Our customer service, message support, and order despatch services will be temporarily closed from 3:00 PM on Friday, 20th December, and will resume at 9:00 AM on Monday, 6th January 2025.

Key Information:

• No orders or samples will be despatched during this closure period.
• Orders can still be placed via our website, the delivery date options for your items will be displayed at the checkout.

Delivery Services:

• Next-Day Delivery: Resumes for stock items on Tuesday, 7th January.
• Cut & Sewn Items: Delivery service will begin from Friday, 10th January.

Returns:
For any returns, please contact us after 6th January 2025. To request a free DPD courier returns label, reply to your order confirmation email or call our customer service team at Freephone 0800 612 1379 for assistance.

Extended Returns Policy:
All orders placed in December enjoy an extended return period until 31st January 2025.
